When I was looking for a Dance company to enroll my daughter,the main criteria that I was looking for were something that promoted Caymanian/ Caribbean culture,a place that will foster independence, and somewhere that would help my daughter break out of her shell.With Dreamchasers Cayman, those boxes have been checked along with many more! However the most important fact is that she loves her class and Ms. Mel! I’m so happy we found this little family to be a part of and I look forward to seeing how Imani progresses with them over the years

Finding Dreamchasers Cayman was a dream come true! My daughter continues to grow in her skills and love of dance. My son who is also a part of this vibrant company is currently show casing skills learnt in dance on the football field. Not only have they improved in their techniques but their self-confidence has grown as well. They both feel valued as dancers and as individuals. Talented, enthusiastic teachers combined with a strong, developmental skills based program and extremely interesting choreography make this place very special. An added plus is the emphasis on respect of classmates, resulting in a pleasant atmosphere for both students and parents

To me Dreamchasers Cayman is not just a dance group but more of a family, and being apart of this family has been an amazing experience. It has allowed me to not only grow as and individual dancer but also as a member of a team/dance group. Dreamchasers is founded by a professional dancer known as Melisha Mcfield and boy are we lucky to have her. She taught us to not be complacent with our selves and to push eachother to be the best of our limits. Today Dreamschaser Cayman continues to impact the island and we do not plan to stop here. As we say all the time, “we are bigger than Cayman” which simply means we are going to impact the world

I’m a proud parent and staff of Dreamchasers Cayman. I am so happy to be part of such great talented young children. DCC has come so far and will continue to grow further and further in excellence. Since my daughter has been dancing with DCC, her confidence level is extremely high. This kid went from running off the stage while performance is on, to actually owning the stage. I have to thank DCC for playing a major part in this. Proud and Happy parent to be a part of the company. I LOVE DCC

Dreamchasers Cayman is a dance company that has dancers with so many different passions other than dancing. It is an uplifting company that helps to motivate individuals to be versatile in different areas other than dancing. The members of the company practice different styles of dancing that allows them to have exposer in different genres. It is a company where the individuals look out for one another and make sure that nobody is left behind

DreamChasers Cayman. I had given up on dance schools for my two daughters at the time when I experienced racial discrimination and favoritism in dance schools I had them previously enrolled in. When I was asked to allow them to attend a dance workshop one summer by Ms. McField, I was hesitant and a little nervous but she just said “Please, trust me ok.” I did and the rest was history. My eldest didn’t find her rhythm before all of this so she always looked awkward dancing but she had enthusiasm and that was enough for Ms. McField. My youngest had zero desire to do dancing but somehow Ms. McField got her out. Between Ms. McField and Ms. Cassiedy, watching my daughters now perform on a stage brings tears to my eyes because I cant believe that’s my children on stage. The passion, the rhythm, the sass- is what makes me scream loudly for them every time in the audience when they perform. I am their absolute biggest fan! Things that I doubt they can do, Ms. McField has always proved that they are beyond limiting themselves to the basics. This dance school not only performs on stages, but it teaches them discipline, independence, creativity and dedication. I have no doubt that I’ve made the right decision trusting a vision that the DCC chief Ms. McField has
